December 24 — Merry Christmas! Snowboarder becomes drug smuggler, rad music site, action cam on a mountain goat

Merry Christmas! Did you know…

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone! I hope you’ve had an awesome year (and that you made the Nice List…) Whether you’re with your parents or kids, your loved one or alone, I hope you enjoy this time and catch up on that much-needed sleep.

I just realized this while driving… Did you know Albany, NY, is closer to Montreal (Canada) than it is to Buffalo, NY?

Olympic Snowboarder turns FBI-wanted drug smuggler

I stumbled upon this crazy story about an Olympic snowboarder who became a FBI-wanted drug smuggler. After competing in the Olympics, this Canadian opened a marijuana shop and started raking in dough. That wasn’t enough. He went on to start dealing with cocaine and, getting guidance and support from the Sinaloa cartel in Mexico, has become the largest dealer of cocaine in North America. He even paid bounty for someone to “take care of” a key witness who was hiding in Colombia. This story is crazy and still ongoing.

Every music subgenre on one site

This site, Every Noise at Once, is really cool. They list every known subgenre of music and you can click on each one and listen to a sample. There’s a lot more to this site but I haven’t checked it all out yet. This video does a good job of explaining it.

Crazy mountain goat footage

Someone had the wild idea of strapping an action cam to a mountain goat. This is insane! (And totally Ai-made..)
