My boy is back on skis this season
My older son just started his second season on skis and he’s already crushing it. Day one back out and he was able to drop the harness and complete turns on his own, controlling his speed by steering across the hill.
We’re still very much at that “hot cocoa in the lodge” stage but all in all, he’s officially skiing on his own now. Let’s goooo!
Having fun with the mailman (video)
These guys clearly put a lot of work into this video of playing a friendly trick on the mailman.
Show and Tell
Are you smarter than a kindergartner? My son is in Pre-K and has to take something from home to school each week and show it to the class. Each item must fit into a gallon-sized bag, and before revealing it, he gives three clues to the class to try and guess what it is. (Hint: it’s been a few weeks, so I’ll recap: we’re on ‘L’)
- Comes in lots of shapes and sizes
- Multiple colors
- You can build with it
Sharing all my email knowledge
I started a series of articles to share the wealth of knowledge I’ve accumulated on email marketing. Email seems simple but there’s a lot more to it when you want to run a large-scale marketing campaign.

I’ll be covering cold email, reaching out to new audiences with email first. This is a specialized function of email marketing that requires special knowledge. That’s what I intend to share.
Here’s the first article in the series: What Cold Email Actually Is (And What It Isn’t)
